I found Danny and Spot cartoons on some site called Smackjeeves and read through them, there weren't many. Was that all that was done?

@ryryamin yes, but even if you created the character, if you don't draw them for a very long time, there's a chance you may very well forget what they look like.

Always have a folder with ref sheet's of your characters on hand at every comic con. ;) it'll help heaps.

I know. It surprised me when they showed up as your Christmas image seeing as how long it has been since you drew them.

Heh, I know how that goes...though it doesn't help that my characters have gone through at least 4 redesigns...
